Memory bears have always had a special place in my heart not only because they are cute and great to have when you are down, but also because they carry some special memory or meaning in my (and others’) life. Memory bears are especially great for one to remember a loved one who has passed away and left us in this world. Whenever you hold the doll in your arms and look at it, the memories of the special times that you shared with the loved one will come flooding back, bringing tears of joy and also a tinge of sadness in your heart.

Memory bears are usually made with a special piece of clothing that was once worn or owned by the loved one. The clothing is then stitched or simply worn on the memory bears and they are like a symbol of what once used to be, and what forever will be in a special place inside us. There are also others who prefer to include something other than clothing on their memory bears which remind them of the person, and there are many ways to create one that would serve to remind us of that someone special.

You can of course, also make and own more than a few memory bears, as there must be more than one person who you think of from day to day. The person might be your dad or mom, granddad or granny, or a close friend whose memory will always live on in your mind. Memory bears then become personal keepsakes that one might prefer to remember the good times with the person that the bears represent. The extra touches that come with making these memory bears by hand also add to the vividness and emotional sentiment that something like this needs to have.

What hospice did Denise richards have her memory bears made at? I believ it was the one where her mom was. I would like to order from them and also do something good from my donation to have the bears made. It was mentioned on an earlier show but not the last couple of repeats.
Thank you for any help you can give me.

Hi Pam, unfortunately I am unable to provide any information on the hospice where Denise Richards had her memory bears made as I do not have the details on that. It is very kind of you to want to contribute to the hospice with the memory bears made and I will try to find out more if possible and let you know. Thank you.
