Has anyone seen Christian The Lion with the full story of this beautiful tale where they show that humans can actually bond with wild animals like lions? Aren’t lions like Christian supposed to be carnivores and would kill us humans if provoked? It was incredible to see that this is not always the case as the owners of Christian the lion, Anthony Bourke and John Rendall, could actually hug their lion pet, after years when it was already released in the wild! That moment was so touching that I ended up shedding a few tears. It was just like watching a dog owner and his or her pet dog making a connection.

But it should not remove the fact that I think it is still really dangerous to keep a pet like a lion, just like Christian was kept as one by his Australian owners. Ignoring the fact that these people could actually end up being mauled by the animals if they did not know how to handle them, the full story of how others could also innocently be killed by these animals must not have been though of by owners of such wild animals. It is very reckless and endangering other people’s lives. They should just let these animals like Christian the lion live in the wild and be free, and not caged up like they showed in the full story of that poor lion.
