I Survived A Japanese Game Show What A Wacky World
Entertainment June 25th, 2008
Just caught the new game show I Survived A Japanese Game Show on ABC just now and how wacky can the Japanese get with their game variety shows and this time it was the turn of 10 Americans to be put through the test as they were brought to the country with the craziest game shows on Earth but this American version is called I Survived a Japanese Game Show. The prize money offered on this show is a cool 250 grand and is probably more fun than any game show you will see on American TV as the Japanese do it best and now I Survived A Japanese Game Show has tried to follow their formula in providing the ultimate in entertainment.
I Survived A Japanese Game Show also brought back memories of the cult classic game show from Japan known as Takeshi’s Castle which many of you might remember being shown on Spike TV for a couple of years before ending its run. Many of us would rush home and gather in front of the TV screens waiting for the show and this new American made show I Survived A Japanese Game Show will try to emulate the same success of that, but by being American produced. We also always tried to record the original in the past and will now try our best to do the same with I Survived A Japanese Game Show if it compares in originality and fun. It would be amazing if the whole series was recorded and it can be shared with friends and relatives for many years thereafter just for a nice fun and relaxing evening.
For those who missed I Survived A Japanese Game Show, you must make sure to catch the next episode because there is simply nothing compared to watching game shows that are made or inspired by the Asian country. They can think of some crazy and the wackiest games possible and you can even indulge in some of that in your own home although do not try the dangerous ones which there might be some on I Survived A Japanese Game Show or you might hurt yourself which is never a good idea just for a bit of fun. The safest way would be just to enjoy your dinner in front of the TV and watching it with the family but some people just love to imagine themselves being the contestants like the lucky ones on I Survived A Japanese Game Show which not only had fun but got to travel to Japan which is really expensive if you wanted to go there on your own budget.
I am sure many of us cannot wait for the next episode of I Survived A Japanese Game Show because it was really enjoyable the first time round and it probably might result in future spin offs if it gets off the ground with viewers. I wonder what the ratings were for the premiere and pray that it was watched by many and also enjoyed by more. It really is more fun than watching question and answer shows which can be really boring unlike I Survived A Japanese Game Show which provides challenging tasks for contestants to perform.
